The Brief

Imagine a community of like-minded outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers who wanted a quiet vacation property close to home. The only problem is, we are starting entirely from scratch. The area around Timber Ridge was one of the best kept secrets in all of Oklahoma - with world class fishing and hunting, views for days and not a traffic jam in sight. Not only did we need to design a brand, we needed to gain awareness - and fast.

A true escape

We worked with Timber Ridge since day one. During brand discovery, we dug into the target market and discovered people really just wanted an escape. A place where they could be with their families and enjoy the beautiful around them.

That family-driven feel lead us to co-design a logo with Benda's daughter, Sadie. Sadie custom illustrated the trees you see in the logo that represent all the things pine trees usually represent - longevity, virtue, wisdom and good times.

Since designing the brand identity and website, we've worked with Brenda and the team at Timber Ridge on digital and traditional advertising initiatives from TV spots to magazine ads and cross-platform digital marketing.
