Heather is a self-proclaimed design nerd who gets overly excited at beautiful fonts, and a well-placed Oxford comma. She handles all things brand strategy, content, and design, and has a knack for helping her clients win big.

Once an Air Force Veteran, now a Marketing Ops wizard, making sense of the madness one workflow at a time. I fuel my days with coffee, my evenings with wine, and my imagination with romantasy novels. I believe every good story (and campaign) deserves the perfect ending.

Kortney has been involved in Digital Marketing for the past decade with her music career but just recently decided to hone in on the skills she’s accumulated. Joining Watson earlier this year as an Intern, she has dedicated her full schedule to learning the ins and outs of the industry. She’s found a new love for building content and is enthusiastic about learning everything there is to know about digital marketing.

I blend strategy and aesthetics to create brands and social media that don’t just look good—they work. Outside of UX and content strategy, I somehow always have five creative projects going at once, attempt to land figure skating jumps, and try to keep my plants from staging a rebellion. My cats, however, remain unimpressed by all of the above.
